2026 Tampa Bay Fourth of July Events and Fireworks
Liberty by the Bay
Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Admission Fee: Free and open to the public
Venue: Julian B. Lane Park
Details: Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary at Liberty by the Bay, one of the largest Fourth of July events in Tampa Bay! This free, family-friendly waterfront celebration at Julian B. Lane Park will feature live entertainment, food trucks, local vendors, a beer garden, a Kids Zone, a Patriotic Pet Show, a water ski show on the Hillsborough River, and a Kids Liberty Procession. The evening will close with a 250-drone light show honoring America’s 250th birthday, followed by a fireworks finale from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Food, alcoholic beverages, and vendor purchases may have additional costs.

4th of July Parade

Details: Celebrate Independence Day with a patriotic parade hosted by the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 238. Guests are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue and enjoy the morning parade along Main Street. 4th of July Celebration in Largo, Florida

Details: Celebrate America’s 250th Independence Day with the City of Largo at Largo Central Park! Presented by St. Petersburg Pediatrics, this Fourth of July celebration will feature live music, family-friendly activities, crafts, interactive entertainers, food trucks, and market vendors. The stage schedule includes details coming soon at 6:00 PM, Good Luck Kings Band at 7:00 PM, and a National Anthem performance by Jermaine Robinson at 9:00 PM. Limited on-site parking is available for $10 by credit card only. Off-site parking is available at Largo Middle School for free or Largo High School for $5.

Clearwater Celebrates America

Details: Celebrate Independence Day weekend at Clearwater Celebrates America, a two-day festival at Coachman Park featuring activities for all ages. Both nights will include an interactive children’s zone, musical performances, buskers, local food vendors, and more. The July 3 celebration will feature a laser light show, while the July 4 celebration will conclude with a patriotic fireworks show as part of the Clearwater Celebrates 250 festivities. St. Pete Pier Run – 4 Miles on 4th of July

Details: Gather your friends and family and kick off your Fourth of July celebrations with the St. Pete Pier Run! This 4-mile run or walk showcases the beautiful St. Pete Pier and St. Pete’s scenic waterfront. The event includes two waves: Wave 1 at 6:15 AM with a 1-hour time limit, and Wave 2 at 7:45 AM with a 1-hour and 45-minute time limit. Participants will receive a custom race bib with timing chip, race shirt, and St. Pete Pier-inspired finisher medal.

Busch Gardens Summer Nights 4th of July Fireworks

The celebration begins at 9:00 AM at Gulfport City Hall with the opening of “The Spirit of ’76 Half Century Time Capsule.” Activities continue at Tomlinson Park with Family Fun Day from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by the Independence Day Parade at 11:00 AM, a community picnic at 12:00 PM, and family-friendly competitive games at 12:30 PM. The celebration concludes downtown on the waterfront with a fireworks display by Pyro Productions, launched from Williams Pier at 9:00 PM.
