I must say that I was truly impressed with Teresa and her team. The team is very thorough with their findings and pricing in these very tough times I must admit with a smile. Teresa is very SHARP with her explanations and making things as simple as as possible from a priority perspective. Continued success and I will be a returning customer.

Teresa was great to work with, she made the appointment for the next day I arrived at the designated time and the car was taken in immediately. The service was done and out the door in 45 minutes. The price was very fair. I'll return in the future for service.

Teresa Brown is absolutely amazing!
I cannot even believe the hoops she jumped through for me on my extended warranty… After taking Range Rover to my typical shop to get the oil changed and get a routine diagnostic test done, I was informed I needed to replace another valve cover gasket (which coincidentally had done at the same shop about a year ago and paid for which should have been covered under my warranty), motor mounts, and spark plugs.
I was quoted $1900 for the repairs from them and decided to take my car into Heights Auto Imports as I recalled they specialize in European Cars and the only thing I'm upset about is that I didn't go here right from the beginning of getting anything done on my car previously! Not only did Teresa request a copy of my warranty (bc I suspected that some of it should have been covered under warranty and was told by the other shop it wasn't…), she ran another diagnostic test and found some more issues with it. (suspension stabilizer link and condensation on my passenger tail light)
As I panicked inside when she was told me the litany of issues with my poor car "BOB", I immediately started to ask if she could place them in "need to fix immediately", to "it can wait a few weeks to fix" order, bc I knew I wouldn't be able to handle all the costs at one time.
Teresa is an ANGEL sent from heaven… Not only did she price everything out way under my initial cost from the other shop for the issues they found, she got almost everything covered under my extended warranty.
I knew spark plugs and the taillight wouldn't be covered, but what would have cost me $3750, ended up costing me $1044 for all parts and labor with my deductible being paid along with it, and the warranty paid out $2710.
I still have to get my tail light installed which I have to pay labor for, (just waiting on part to come in), but honestly I only got that done because I was able to pay for it since Teresa literally got everything covered from my warranty company and they paid her directly.
Takeaways from my experience: 1.) Always get an Extended Warranty on your car if your warranty runs out from the dealership (especially on European cars b/c NOTHING is inexpensive on them to fix), 2.) Do NOT even question if you should go to Heights Auto Imports to get your car fixed, 3.) Treat Teresa like the goddess she is b/c she will make your experience unforgettable and you will leave with a peace of mind knowing your car is being taken care of by EXPERIENCED mechanics like Jessie Toney who worked on my car relentlessly.
Oh yea, they will probably like you a lot more if you drop them off some pastries for breakfast. I felt it absolutely NECESSARY to take care of Teresa and Jessie and the rest of the staff in the shop for fixing my car and saving my life!

Jerry is the boss. He is very proficient with Porsche automobiles. In fact he's an expert. You will appreciate his honesty and excellent service. Knows what he's doing and we'll get your car fixed right. At least 30% less money than the Porsche dealer. That alone tells you that it's a good place to start. He has replaced a battery for me, overhauled my brakes and done manufacturer recommended service for my Porsche Panamera 2011. I trust him implicitly. Go to him and you will get great work done!

I cannot thank everyone enough! My car went into emergency transmission mode and wouldn’t start in my 2019 VW Tiguan. I was 44 miles from home (on a Saturday) had to cross 6 lanes of busy US Highway 301 traffic with 3 minors because we were stranded AND the car had to be towed. I reached out to the dealership because I usually take my car there. To my surprise the dealership’s service department did not help me. Instead they kept trying to pressure me into getting a diagnostic done on the car because they believed it was the alternator.
I searched for an import shop on Florida Ave and Heights Import was the 1st listing. When I tell you, I knew I was in the right place because from the 1st interaction with Theresa, I felt confident that they would be able to help me. During the initial call, Theresa went through several things that it could possibly be so that I didn’t have to bring the car in. She offered me more help than the service department at the dealership and I was grateful. Ultimately, the car still needed to be towed to the shop and it was diagnosed quickly. Turns out the shift selector bushing cracked in half.
They ordered the parts that day and my car was ready the very next day. The pricing is fair and they keep you informed throughout the entire process. The car drives really good and after everything is all said and done, I’ll continue to let Heights Import do the maintenance or any additional work that needs to be done. Thank you all again for helping and my family get back on the road.

I had an excellent experience at Heights Automotive! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Teresa was absolutely amazing, she was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything my Porsche needed without making me feel rushed or pressured.
The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They completed a comprehensive inspection, kept me informed throughout, scheduled my follow-up appointments, and even arranged transportation to my office and picked me back up when my vehicle was ready. That level of customer service is hard to find.
While Porsche maintenance certainly isn’t inexpensive, I truly believe you get what you pay for. The professionalism, communication, convenience, and attention to detail made the experience well worth it.
If you’re looking for a shop that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work, I highly recommend Heights Automotive. Thank you, Teresa, and the entire team for making the experience so easy. I’ll definitely be returning for future service!

Several friends recommended this shop, and it's employees. I read the reviews online and took a shot. Wow! Great customer experience. Solved my problem and got me back on the road same day. Don't waste your time at the dealership. I have a Porsche 991.2. saved me money and time, and staff interaction was too notch.

They were great… Theresa Was very knowledgeable. I was looking at buying an older mini Cooper and live about four hours away, so I needed a reliable shop near the Car dealership, to do PPI, and I am so glad I picked height automotive, they were quick, they were thorough, Included pictures with their evaluation… And allowed me to make a decision quickly and avoid a mistake, that would’ve cost me $2500. I will certainly use them next time, and recommend you do the same!

I have had an issue with my Land Rover Evoque for over a year, no matter where I took it. Everyone had a theory, but no one had any clue what to do or how to fix it.
Out of desperation, I went on Yelp and found Heights Auto … not only did they have an understanding of what I was talking about upon explaining the issue, they told me to come in right away and… Yes, I know it’s unusual but within 24 hours they had fixed the problem.
I am now a customer for life… Fantastic friendly and knowledgeable customer service, amazing and swift Repair… add a Fantastic price.
Thank you so much for taking care of this issue.

Highly recommend this shop.

Teressa and all the people at Heights Auto Imports were terrific. We have a 2025 Porsche Cayenne and were not happy with the price or customer service at Porsche Tampa. We spoke with Teressa and she was great and the pricing for the maintenance was 50% lower than the dealership. I would highly recommend Heights Auto Imports.

We experienced a problem with our 2013 Volkswagen Passat and initially took it to Auto Works. There were several issues along the way, and it took about a month to reach a resolution. After speaking with the owner, Bob Noriega, the vehicle was transferred to Heights Auto Imports, where the problem was successfully diagnosed and repaired.
I am grateful for the collective efforts of Teresa at Heights Auto Imports and Corey at Auto Works. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service made a difficult situation much easier. It is refreshing to see that there are still people who stand behind their work and genuinely care about their customers.

I took my Range Rover in to have the AC compressor and brakes replaced and they did a great job! Teresa was awesome – very trustworthy and transparent about the root-cause for the AC issue and the different options for me to consider. I finally have the AC working again after taking my car to several other places prior without a clear path to a solution. Thank you Teresa for making me comfortable through this process and for giving me some relief in this hot Florida weather. Def recommend!

I've taken my 1998 Mercedes to HAI for the past 7 or so months, on and off. German cars are never cheap to fix, but I love Teresa and her team. If I could leave a 10-star review, I would!
Funny enough, I bought a 2017 Audi A3 about a month ago and asked AI for the best shop in Tampa to take it to. It recommended Heights Auto Imports as the #1 option—and dang, if the AI wasn’t spot on!
From my initial phone call with Teresa to picking up the car after service, the entire process was seamless. Teresa is truly about her business; she’s professional and very transparent about exactly what your vehicle needs. Kyle, who worked on my Audi, was incredibly professional and friendly. He honestly has the car driving like it’s brand new!
I highly recommend reaching out to this shop. I’ll be going here for all of my mechanical work from now on. God bless!

I had my AC compressor replaced on my 2017 Audi A4 Quattro at Heights Imports on North Florida Avenue in Tampa. The repair was completed and my AC is now blowing ice cold again with no issues so far. Teresa at the front desk was outstanding—very helpful, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. She consistently answered my calls, clearly explained each step of the repair, and was transparent about pricing, which made everything easy to understand and far less stressful. Her communication and customer service really stood out and made a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate how smoothly everything was handled!

I was sick of Land Rover dealers creating more problems than just fixing the ones the HSE was brought in for.
I knew I was not alone with this experience and sought out an independent import vehicle service center and found a great one in my Tampa, FL area, Heights Auto Imports.
Teresa Brown is the first person you make contact with and if you didn't know any better you would think she was a certified import mechanic herself. She did a complete computer analysis specific to my 2012 Land Rover Range Rover HSE checking all the control modules monitoring the body, drivetrain, and braking system for active trouble codes.
I was having misfires that my original mechanic, after I had him install new sparkplugs and coils, still couldn't determine why it continued.
The Heights Auto Imports Land Rover mechanic had no problem discovering that a fuel injector was leaking and the #8 cylinder was misfiring from a bad injector. They had an estimate within 2 hours of me bringing it in and they guarantee the work for three years!
I seen a lot of cars worth a heck of a lot more valuable than mine, so if they trust Heights Auto Imports with their cars I knew I could trust them to be fair and thorough in what ever repairs and service I needed to enjoy my car for many more years.
